Self-care comes in many forms. For some, it is a pedicure and a personal day off from work. For others, it is eating cheesecake while watching a reality TV show.
It is fascinating to hear the range of definitions when I ask my clients to describe their own form of self-care. However, there is one common thread between my clients. Each of them knows that mastering one’s closet is a powerful form of self-care.
Many of the clients I service view their closet like a black hole, an abyss they stare into at the start of each day or before major evening events. There is an unexpected gain from working with a stylist— you will end up saving time and money simply by reconfiguring your wardrobe.
